August Update 1

- Auto-repair is now enabled for the first 2 checkpoints of all one world races
- Auto-repair now works in TT for races that have that option set
- 10% score bonus for finishing a race without crashing
- You can now choose to be a shooter most of the time in GTAIVMP races by going to /cx. Additionally, people who choose to usually be drivers in GTAIVMP races will now no longer be the only one in their car
